Our aim is to form mutual benefit with our partners and it’s proven time and again that where the investment and energy is put in, real value will accrue.
We think very differently to most other types of organization – we have found it quite hard to find people who really get under the skin of our approach and how we work.
So – What doesn’t work?
- Partners who want to alter the approach to suit the outcome of their own agenda and not the clients.
- Partners who have a specific solution in mind ahead of contextual discussion.
- Where the partner wants to force certain opinions or rigid thinking into a natural and emergent process of engagement.
- Where insufficient effort or investment was put into understanding the clients context ahead of the intervention and as a consequence determining the wrong exam question.
- Where the partner hasn’t truly understood our approach and the 4D™ method or invested the right amount of time gaining an appreciation of how and why it works.
- Where the partner has a superficial interest in the field of structured visual thinking or a ‘narrative consulting’ approach.
And what works?
The opposite of the above.
