Working with Group Partners.
The following three models are how we operate with partners.
Model One: In this model the Expert Network™ Partner acts as a resource to Group Partners: Our philosophy is not to introduce experts before we understand the problem. Our intention is not to seek long term support requirements or go into assignments with an outcome in mind.
We bring no specific solutions until they start to emerge naturally. But then – and as required if the client needs or asks for further support in a specific area then we head for the Expert Network™. Our intention has always been to find partners who share these values.
Model Two: Where the Expert Network™ Partner Leads and we both feel that the client would benefit from the wider context and approach of Group Partners: In this case we work in close collaboration with our Expert Network™ partner. We invest extensively with proposal support, attendance at meetings, thinking through the design of programs of work. This is a very powerful and proven model.
Model Three: Developing the Combined Proposition: This is where we have identified a repeatable requirement and have evidence of a proven and valuable solution for the clients. Together with our Expert Network™ Partner we would create a world class architecture and a proposition to specifically tackle an issue. Develop a means of approaching new clients with a shared concept that combines each of our skills and expertise – A Persistent Architecture™.
