The driving 'philosophy' of Group Partners...
The world is seeing tremendous interest in (and benefiting from) the relatively new fields of visualization, scenario development and user experience We’ve been applying ourselves to bringing these skills and techniques to the resolution of business issues.
Structured Visual Thinking™
STRUCTURED – ‘Structure’ is critical for people within complex environments to create some kind of order. Order within which to think, imagine and then construct new value or do better decision making. In order to make better choices we need to ‘sort’ in more disciplined fashion. Structure organizes the complexity of thought, idea, conversation and – in our work – each important factor of strategy or transformation.
VISUAL – We apply ‘visual’ techniques because they accelerate meaning and purpose between people. We create things ‘visually’ to convey understanding. We design, develop and create powerful symbols for our clients. This creates better means of knowledge exchange. We add significantly more ownership this way because the images are created together with our clients. These visual ‘objects’ and scenarios are used either to provoke further conversation or to translate intangible ideas into physical systems and outcomes that can be shared. Telling the new stories across the enterprise!
THINKING – Thinking is at the heart of everything a business needs to do. More important than ever because of the need to improve performance, create efficiencies, solve problems far more quickly and identify new value ahead of our competition. We are passionate about finding better ways to think. Uncovering new value through collective and ever more coherent thinking. We want to leverage the talent and often untapped skill in everybody we work with. We foster this through unlocking our clients creativity, applying ever more innovative techniques and leveraging our own experiences.
