Persistent Architecture™
The Persistent Architecture™ – Our approach to ensuring sustainability across complex and long term assignments.
We’ve defined persistency in leadership and business as – “A phenomena that exists at the intersection of ‘Relentless Intention’ and a ‘Consistent Frame’” Put simply that means we’ve attained a system that delivers the clear aims of the business and the structure that that the business needs to get them there are always in alignment.
- We create a Persistent Architecture™ at the start of every assignment so that everyone involved can see the whole approach.
- They are the structures that act as a reference point for ‘better practice’ or benchmarks that we have observed and then agreed will be of most value in delivering a successful assignment.
We do this to manage the ‘context’ and to keep a consistent frame of reference throughout a strategic program. This framework will govern choices and decisions – directing and guiding our intention.
We will build these with our Partners in order to bring the best possible (and proven) experience to bear on the most important aspects of today’s business issues. We have built Persistent Architectures™ for HR, MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), Lean Six Sigma, Environment, Leadership and Corporate ‘Best Practices’
